Framework Contract For Hospital Medicines And Janitorial Sup Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for day-to-day local and emergency purchase of medicines - surgical and disposable items - UHI medicines - X-ray films and radiology accessories - medical gases for UHI and regular budgets - and janitorial supplies for Financial Year 2026-27. The hospital invites electronic bids from eligible bidders - manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Estimated costs are PKR 6.5 million for medicines and surgical disposables - PKR 2 million for X-ray films and radiology accessories - PKR 2 million for medical gases and PKR 1.5 million for janitorial supplies. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost must accompany each package in the prescribed form, including CDR - pay order - demand draft or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank. Bid documents and security evidence must be uploaded electronically, and the original bid security must also be delivered to the hospital. Bids must include all applicable taxes and levies. Manual submissions are not accepted.
