Purchase of equipment for National Research Programme for Universities project 186257 for the Industrial Engineering Department at the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila. The procurement comprises three separate lots: Lot 1, online ABB analyzers, estimated cost Rs. 2,000,000 with fixed bid security of Rs. 40,000; Lot 2, film blowing machine for making bioplastic bags or packaging, estimated cost Rs. 2,000,000 with fixed bid security of Rs. 40,000; and Lot 3, reactor, estimated cost Rs. 400,000 with fixed bid security of Rs. 8,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and applicable joint ventures engaged in trading must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bid security must be submitted or transferred online through the prescribed system in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab in favour of the Treasurer, UET, Taxila, using an accepted form specified in the notice. Late bids will be rejected. Bidding documents are available through the university website and PPRA website. The university will not bear bidders' preparation or delivery costs. If an official holiday occurs on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
