Annual framework contract for surgical disposables, medical devices, and surgical sutures not covered by quoted items for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System must submit technical and financial proposals with the supporting documents required in the bidding documents. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the portal; physical financial instruments are not accepted. The procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Manual bids are not accepted, and bidders must upload complete proposals before the deadline.
