Framework contract for bulk purchase of General Store Items for financial year 2026-27 by Govt Mozang DHQ Hospital, Lahore. The estimated cost is PKR 4,800,000, calculated from the stated bid security of PKR 96,000 at 2% of the estimated cost. The procurement is open to manufacturers, experienced firms, companies and general order suppliers registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and having active Income Tax and General Sales Tax status with the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents in English are available free of cost through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost must be paid online through PSID via the e-Procurement portal in favour of Govt Mozang Hospital, Lahore; physical bid security is not acceptable. Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the date of opening. Bidders may attend the opening of bids. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, as amended.
