Bulk purchase of Surgical and Disposable Items (2nd Phase) on framework contract basis for Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, for financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 87,528,891 and the required bid security at 2% is PKR 1,750,578. Bids are invited from reputable and experienced firms registered for General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Income Tax and registered on Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents containing procurement details are available free of cost through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under applicable PPRA Rules. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies of bids are not required. Bid security at 2% of the total tender value must be provided in the form of call deposit receipt or bank guarantee in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi. Bids will be opened on 14 November 2026 at 11:00 AM through the e-Procurement System, following the submission deadline. The hospital will not be responsible for expenses incurred in preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids. Procurement and evaluation will be governed by applicable PPRA Rules.
