Printing And Publications Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of printing and publications under Lot 3 through a framework contract valid up to 30 June 2027. Estimated amount is PKR 6,700,000 and bid security is PKR 335,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order service providers engaged in trading, including joint ventures where applicable, must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax, and on Punjab e-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped, must be submitted online by 14 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other documents required by the bidding documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids will not be considered. Pro Tip: Prepare a lot-wise printing and publications framework proposal with the required registration certificates, separate technical and financial submissions and PKR 335,000 bid security, ensuring quoted rates cover the framework period through 30 June 2027.
