Stationery Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Supply of stationery under Lot 01, classification A03901, through a framework contract valid up to 30 June 2027. Estimated cost is PKR 14.80 million. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of the lot; the exact amount is not separately stated in the notice. Eligible original manufacturers, authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered on Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Open competitive bidding through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be provided in the form of demand draft, pay order or call deposit issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan.
