Training Services Persons Disabilities Umeed Programme Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of training service providers for the Umeed - Skills for Inclusion programme for persons with disabilities (PWDs), under Procurement No. 139/PSDF/PWD. Estimated cost is PKR 154,781,134. The contract tenure is one year, extendable for further terms. Bids are invited from reputable, experienced and tax-registered bidders through national competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted exclusively through Punjab e-Procurement System by 16 November 2026 at 3:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4 November 2026 at 11:00 AM through Microsoft Teams. Bidding documents contain the detailed scope, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions and are available through the e-Procurement System, PPRA and PSDF websites. Late bids and submissions through other modes will be rejected.
