Description
Procurement of EBV and BKV (urine) PCR testing services on a reagent rental basis at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore, under Tender Reference PRO/219/26. Estimated cost is PKR 6,181,916 and bid security is 2%, equivalent to PKR 123,639, payable electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible participants are original manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals or authorized distributors of manufacturers, registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and Punjab e-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Electronic bids must be submitted by 19 November 2026 at 3:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower-A. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Hard copies are not required.
