Qled Display Committee Room Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of a new QLED display for the Committee Room at the Head Office of Horticulture Agency Lahore. The estimated cost is PKR 1,989,600 and bid security at 2% amounts to PKR 39,792. The complete item details and required quantity are specified in the bidding documents. Eligible firms, distributors, dealers, importers and general order suppliers must be financially sound and registered with the relevant tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax, where applicable. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Item-wise lowest rates will be accepted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically through the prescribed portal. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the prescribed e-Procurement mechanism. The successful bidder must supply the item at the Horticulture Agency Head Office, Jail Road, Lahore, within the period specified in the purchase order. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by 15%. Bidders must review and comply with the complete bidding documents, terms of reference and conditions. Clarification requests will be responded to through the Punjab e-Procurement System within the stipulated period.
