Auction Unserviceable Furniture Items Swat Tender Notice
Description
Sale by auction of 288 unserviceable furniture items, including chairs, tables and benches, on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. Reserve price is PKR 315,750 and bid security is PKR 16,000. Eligible Pakistani individuals, firms, sole proprietors and scrap contractors must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List on the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with a separate CDR for each quoted lot by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Public opening will take place at 12:00 Noon, followed immediately by a live ascending-price auction among responsive bidders. Bids below reserve price, conditional bids and bids without mandatory security and affidavit Form 12 will be rejected. Applicable taxes include advance income tax under section 236A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Pro Tip: Scrap and used-furniture buyers should inspect the listed assets and review the reserve price, separate lot security and auction procedure before submitting bids.
