Laboratory Equipment Cryopreservation Supply Installation Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment under Package No.18, Lot-M (Cryopreservation), on DAP basis for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore. The estimated procurement cost is approximately PKR 2.5 million and bid security is PKR 50,000. The bid validity period is 180 days. Procurement shall be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014, as amended, through Single Stage Single Envelope (SSTE) Open Competitive Bidding. Eligible bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. Request for Proposal documents containing detailed requirements, technical specifications, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP instructions and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Proposals received through any other submission method shall not be considered. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day through the electronic procurement system. If the proposal submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day shall be observed for submission and opening.
