Laboratory Blood Bank Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of laboratory and blood bank items for DHQ Hospital Khushab Campus-I and Campus-II for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is approximately PKR 20 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bidding documents in English containing detailed requirements and conditions can be downloaded from Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA and procuring agency websites. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 23 November 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM through e-procurement. Bid security must be furnished electronically through the prescribed Digital Bid Security mechanism or PSID generated through EPADS and must be successfully paid and verified before the submission deadline. Physical CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft is not required where electronic security is verified. Bidders must submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not accepted under PPRA Rules. Applicable government taxes will be deducted. Manual bids will not be accepted.
