Medicines Hospital Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines and drugs under the Local Purchase 15% category for Government Shah Bhitai Hospital Latifabad Hyderabad for Financial Year 2026-27 under Rule 46(1) Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with SPP Rules 2010. Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must appear on the FBR/SRB Active Taxpayers List, whichever is applicable. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available through the Sindh EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Tender fee is PKR 3,000. Bid security equivalent to 2.5% of the bid price must be submitted, and the original tender fee instrument and bid security must reach the procuring agency before the submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted by 30 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Shah Bhitai Government Hospital Latifabad Hyderabad. In case of a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and time. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
