Procurement of miscellaneous items including - banners 8x4 sqft - standees flex 5x2 sqft - road streamers 6x3 sqft - plastic water bottles 900 to 1000 ml - brochures single side and double side with specified quantities ensuring support for event operations. Procurement will be conducted through E-PADS under single stage one envelope procedure with online bid submission. Pre bid meeting will be held on April 08 2026 at 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day of submission. Bid security of 3 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in acceptable financial instruments.
