Procurement includes annual supply of electrophysiology items as per provided list and supply of PTMC and angioplasty package items for zakat and donation patients covering required medical equipment and consumables - bidding follows single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids - technical bids will be opened first and financial bids will be opened after evaluation - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS SPPRA portal - eligibility requires manufacturers authorized distributors or sole agents registered with FBR for income tax and GST or SRB for sales or service tax - bid security amounts include 20000000 for electrophysiology items and 200000 for PTMC and angioplasty items submitted via pay order or bank draft - tender documents require payment of Rs 3000 per tender - technical bid opening times are specified with submission at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM on respective dates - Pro Tip: ensure compliance with all tax registrations and submit bid security in correct format to avoid disqualification
