Construction and installation of 07 groundwater recharge wells including drilling civil works development structures and associated infrastructure for groundwater replenishment - bidders must hold PEC registration category C-6 or above with CE-10 specialization and active NTN and PNTN - procurement will be conducted through single stage two envelope method with electronic bid submission via e-PADS only - bid security of 3 percent amounting to Rs 682126.8 required in acceptable financial instruments and original copy submission before deadline - technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening - bids must be submitted as PDF files and comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 - bids validity period is 120 days - estimated cost is Rs 22737560 Pro Tip Ensure all bid documents are complete properly scanned and uploaded clearly to prevent rejection due to unreadable or corrupt files
