Construction and installation of 06 groundwater recharge wells including drilling civil works and development structures to enhance groundwater recharge capacity - bidders must possess PEC registration category C-6 or above with CE-10 specialization and valid NTN and PNTN - procurement will be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure with electronic submission through e-PADS only - bid security of 3 percent amounting to Rs 584680.11 required in approved financial instruments with original copy submission - technical bids will be opened at 01:00 PM and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial opening - bids must be uploaded in PDF format and comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 - bids validity period is 120 days - estimated cost is Rs 19489337 Pro Tip Verify all uploaded files are virus-free complete and readable to avoid rejection under applicable procurement regulations
