Construction and installation of 06 groundwater recharge wells including drilling civil works and associated infrastructure for groundwater improvement - bidders must be PEC registered in category C-6 or above with CE-10 specialization and active NTN and PNTN - procurement will follow single stage two envelope procedure with mandatory e-bid submission through e-PADS only - bid security of 3 percent amounting to Rs 584680.11 required in prescribed financial instruments with original submission before deadline - technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM and only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial evaluation - bids must be submitted in PDF format and adhere to PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 - bids validity is 120 days - estimated cost is Rs 19489337 Pro Tip Carefully quote item-wise rates as percentage-based bids will be rejected during evaluation
