Procurement Call Center Crm Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes fully managed IPCC and CRM call center services including complete setup operation and management of customer communication systems. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS requiring submission of technical and financial proposals. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in acceptable form before deadline. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid validity is 180 days and procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
