Solarization System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes design supply installation testing commissioning and two years operation and maintenance of solar system with capacity 287.5 KW and estimated cost Rs 60 million with bid security Rs 3 million at 5%. Bidding conducted under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a) single stage two envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and original bid security delivered physically by 07 May 2026 at 02:00 PM and opened at 02:30 PM. Bid validity is 120 days and taxes applicable as per rules. Procuring agency reserves right to reject proposals under PPRA rules
