Construction and establishment of sports complex at Khuzdar including civil works as per composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis - procurement through single stage two envelope electronic bidding procedure via EPPS under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be active taxpayers registered with BRA and PEC category C3 or above with relevant CE10 specializations and demonstrate at least one similar project with turnover of 172958734 PKR in last 3 years - tender fee 1000 PKR and bid security 2 percent required in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call - bids submitted electronically with opening on same day Pro Tip Ensure valid PEC registration and financial capacity documents are submitted
