Asphalt Laying Road Network Development Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services for laying asphalt and development of road network infrastructure including complete execution of road works at campus premises ensuring quality construction standards. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS in separate technical and financial proposals. Bids must be duly signed stamped and accompanied with income tax and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents. Submission deadline is 1500 hours with bid opening at 1530 hours on the same day. Incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected and procurement will follow PPRA rules. Pro Tip: Ensure proper segregation of technical and financial proposals and timely upload on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
