Ctd Buildings Renovation Improvement Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Execution of repair renovation improvement and rehabilitation works for multiple buildings including - CTD Center Fort Munro Tehsil Koh-e-Suleman District Dera Ghazi Khan - CTD Center Lakhani Tehsil Koh-e-Suleman District Taunsa - CTD De-Excluded Area Rajanpur Bhandowala Tehsil Rojhan under single stage one envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be PEC registered in relevant category with valid tax registrations including Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax and professional tax certificate. E-bids must be submitted lot wise through EPADS with scanned bid security and original bid security 3 percent submitted before opening. Bid opening will be conducted shortly after submission deadline. Performance guarantee 5 percent is required with additional guarantee if bid is below threshold. Pro Tip Ensure all mandatory documents bid security and PEC registration are uploaded correctly to avoid disqualification.
