E bids are invited through EPADS on national competitive bidding basis from prequalified suppliers manufacturers registered with DISCOs NTDC PPMC WAPDA and with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for supply installation testing and commissioning of asset performance management systems including 200 KVA units quantity 92 100 KVA units quantity 186 50 KVA units quantity 281 and 25 KVA units quantity 71 along with installation configuration testing and commissioning jobs bidding procedure is single stage single envelope bids must be submitted electronically bid validity 60 days bids must be accompanied by bid security in acceptable form original bid security must be submitted before submission deadline bids will be opened in presence of bidders procurement governed by PPRA rules Pro Tip Ensure submission of bid security and complete electronic bid for full quantity to avoid rejection
