Beautification Improvement Urban Localities Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited for beautification and improvement works in multiple urban localities including rehabilitation enhancement and infrastructure improvement in residential and commercial areas to improve public amenities and environment. The procurement includes civil works and urban development activities. The bidding process follows single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of technical and financial bids through EPADS along with hard copy submission via courier. Eligible contractors must be PEC registered enlisted with relevant authorities and active taxpayers. Bid security at two percent of estimated cost in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Technical bids will be evaluated first and only qualified bidders will have financial bids opened.
