Request for proposals second time invited through EPADS from shortlisted consultancy firms for feasibility study and design for widening of Peshawar Warsak Road from St Mary School to Ring Road under ADP Scheme No 1410 251425 bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals submission deadline 19 May 2026 at 12:00 PM proposals opening same day at 12:30 PM firms must be registered with PEC and KPRA selection through QCBS method RFP documents and TORs available on PKHA and EPADS websites non refundable CDR of 5000 required in favor of Managing Director PKHA applicable taxes to be borne by successful bidder
