Procurement of IT equipment and machinery items including computer systems with latest generation processors 16GB RAM SSD storage LED display accessories pre installed operating system printers with duplex capability air conditioners water dispensers and UPS systems including supply installation and warranty services - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR or demand draft with original submission before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened on scheduled date in presence of committee - successful bidder will provide performance security and deliver items within specified timeline and incomplete bids will be rejected.
