District Regional Transport Authority invites tenders for supply and installation of 32 IP AMP night vision color CCTV cameras with accessories including 30 days backup system 1 unit 185 inch display 20 units 15 inch LED updated laptop with accessories all in one color printer and 4 units 1.5 ton air conditioners - estimated cost approximately 5.84 million PKR - tender documents and details available at office during office hours - bids must be submitted by 18-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 12:30 PM same day in presence of bidders or representatives - bidders must provide attested copies of CNIC sales tax registration professional tax certificate affidavit of non blacklisting and 50 percent bid security in form of call deposit in favor of Administrator with financial bid - procurement follows PPRA rules with single stage two envelope procedure technical and financial bids sealed separately - preference to bidders with at least two completed CCTV projects and minimum two years experience - authority reserves right to accept or reject bids without assigning reason
