Provide consultancy services including project technical planning feasibility study and transaction advisory services covering planning feasibility assessment negotiation and financial closure under Quality and Cost Based Selection method as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 - proposals must include technical and financial submissions and be delivered both physically and through EPADS before deadline - RFP documents available on official websites and require payment of processing fee - late or non conforming proposals will be rejected and bids will be opened on same day Pro Tip Ensure submission of both physical and electronic proposals with required processing fee compliance
