Infrastructure development works for Signature Tower Block-02 at Chahar Bagh Phase-I under project titled Infrastructure Development of Signature Tower Block-02 at Chahar Bagh Phase-I comprising high end landscaping aesthetic canal with dancing fountains water supply sewerage system and parking areas complete in all respects as per approved specifications and standards - Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022 - Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents after five calendar days from advertisement publication upon payment of nonrefundable fee PKR 10000 through bank draft in favor of Ravi Urban Development Authority - Pre bid meeting shall be held on 11-05-2026 at 12:00 PM - Bid submission deadline is 21-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and bids shall be opened at 12:30 PM same day - Bid security amounting to PKR 13500000 in form of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity is mandatory - Each bidder may submit only one bid either individually or as joint venture partner - Procuring agency reserves right as per RUDA regulations.
