Outsourced Resources Utility Operations Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring services of outsourced firm third party to provide unskilled resources ALM for Attock Circle of Islamabad Electric Supply Company under non-consultancy services procurement for FY 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS v2.0 using single stage two envelope procedure under open competitive bidding with Quality and Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2025. Maximum requirement includes 382 unskilled resources on need basis for utility operational support services in Attock Circle. Eligible bidders must possess NTN GST PST Income Tax Active Taxpayer status EOBI Social Security and Insurance registrations along with positive net worth and absence of litigation blacklisting or stay orders. Bid security amounting to Rs. 600000 in favour of CEO IESCO valid for 210 days is mandatory. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11-05-2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 while original bid security affidavits and supporting documents are required at bid opening.
