District and Sessions Judge Faisalabad invites e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Professional Tax Departments for procurement of Hardware IT Equipment and Machinery items for FY 2025-26 up till 30 June 2026. Procurement includes Purchase of Hardware under Head A09201 estimated cost PKR 1.5 Million Purchase of IT Equipment under Head A09203 estimated cost PKR 9.8 Million and Purchase of Machinery under Head A09601 estimated cost PKR 9.985 Million. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on same day. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory.
