Dawood University of Engineering and Technology invites online bids through SPPRA EPADS from experienced firms for organization of student farewell event for approximately 1200 persons including complete decoration setup with venue food and catering band performance videography and photography. Estimated cost is Rs.5.5 million. Bid security is Rs.275000 and tender fee is Rs.3000 in shape of pay order in favor of DUET Karachi. Method of procurement is Single Stage Single Envelope. Bidding documents are available from 05-05-2026 to 19-05-2026 and bids must be submitted online through EPADS by 19-05-2026 at 03:00 PM. Opening of bids will be held on same day at 03:30 PM.
