Grant Management Services Sme Assistance Program Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consultancy services for nationwide rollout and operationalization of Technical and Financial Grant Assistance Program for SMEs including grant management implementation coordination monitoring and operational support services. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Quality and Cost Based Selection QCBS method. Interested firms or consortiums registered with PPRA and EPADS having relevant expertise may submit technical and financial proposals electronically through EPADS. Clarification requests may be uploaded on EPADS seven days prior to submission deadline. Technical proposals will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day. Scanned copy of Bid Securing Declaration on non-judicial stamp paper must accompany technical proposal. Detailed scope of work eligibility and evaluation criteria are provided in the RFP document. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip: Consultancy firms should provide comprehensive technical methodology operational framework and proof of relevant nationwide grant management experience for qualification.
