Framework Contract Procurement Drugs Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of drugs and medicines for the year 2026-27 including bulk purchase of medicines and pharmaceutical items through E-Bids under single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders including manufacturers sole agents and sole importers registered with E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System and relevant tax authorities may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS with technical and financial proposals including both brand names and generic names of quoted items. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price of quoted items or lots is required in the form of Bank Draft Bank Guarantee Call Deposit Receipt Demand Draft Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. Original bid security must be submitted before opening time. Bid validity shall remain for 180 days from bid opening date. Uploaded documents must contain proper page numbering indexing signing and stamping. Corrupt unreadable virus infected or wrongly submitted bids shall be rejected. Bidders must not be blacklisted by procuring agency or PPRA. Bid opening shall be conducted on 23.05.2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives.
