Supply Stationery Printing Cleanliness Items Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of stationery printing material and cleanliness items on item wise basis through E-Procurement under single stage one envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib invites bids from firms companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing and trading registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Estimated tender amount is Rs.3.675 million and bid security equivalent to 2 percent of estimated price in shape of CDR demand draft or pay order in favor of Treasurer Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib is mandatory. Electronic bids must be uploaded through Punjab E-Procurement system before 20.05.2026 at 10:30 AM and bids shall be opened on same date at 11:00 AM in presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity shall remain valid for 90 days. Procurement documents containing detailed specifications terms and conditions are available free of cost on PPRA EPADS and university websites. Pro Tip: Suppliers should upload item wise complete quotations with signed documents and submit original bid security at the time of E-bid opening.
