Office of the Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Rahim Yar Khan invites separate e-bids from authorized distributors dealers and suppliers having Sales Tax Registration and National Tax Number for procurement of Office Stationery Printing and Publication Charges Uniform and Protective Clothing IT Equipment and Machinery for Civil Courts District Rahim Yar Khan. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Rule 38(1) Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids in one envelope along with refundable bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR or Bank Draft in favour of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Rahim Yar Khan. Samples of quoted items must be presented at the time of bid opening. Pro Tip: Upload bids on EPADS before deadline and physically arrange item samples for technical verification during opening session.
