Uniforms Machinery It Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniforms photostat machines LED displays for CCTV cameras air conditioners refrigerators computer systems printers and heavy duty scanners for District Courts Khushab. E-bids are invited from reputed firms registered with sales tax income tax departments and EPADS. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage one envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and all rates must be inclusive of applicable GST and PRA taxes with validity of 60 days. Bidding documents can be downloaded from EPADS and PPRA websites and bids shall be submitted electronically through E-Pads before closing date. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated amount in the form of bank call deposit or CDR in favor of District and Sessions Judge Khushab is mandatory before submission deadline. Successful bidders shall provide performance or bank guarantee up to 10% of contract value for satisfactory completion of supply.
