Uniforms Computers Office Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniforms photostat machines LED displays for CCTV cameras air conditioners refrigerators computer systems printers and heavy duty scanners through E-Pads under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage one envelope procedure. Interested firms registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Department and E-Procurement system are invited to participate. Bids must include PRA Professional Tax Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates. Bid security equivalent to 5% of estimated amount is mandatory and successful bidders shall provide 10% performance guarantee. Rates should be inclusive of GST and PRA taxes and valid for 60 days. Electronic bids shall be submitted and opened through E-Pads.
