Construction Engineering Facilities Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision of facilities at PAF Base including construction electrical mechanical and plumbing works and services with estimated costs of Rs.20.000 Million Rs.41.562 Million and Rs.20.811 Million. Firms are required to provide work orders locations project photographs and satisfactory completion certificates for completed projects. Eligible contractors must possess experience in construction electrical mechanical and plumbing works and hold valid PEC registration in Category C-2 and above up to June 2026. Contractors must submit personnel lists bank statements NTN certificates and income tax returns for the last three years and certify absence of litigation and outstanding DI and E reports. Tender documents shall be issued only to pre-qualified firms and bids will be received and opened on the same day. Non-enlisted MES firms shall provide refundable 2% bid security. Procuring authority reserves right to accept or reject tenders under PPRA Rules.
