Toll Tax Collection Rights Tender Notice
Description
Auction and collection rights for toll tax at Taunsa Barrage Bridge Kot Addu for period from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027 through sealed bidding process. Eligible persons firms and companies are required to submit deposit at call or bank guarantee equal to 5% of bid price in favour of Executive Engineer Taunsa Head Works Division Kot Addu before obtaining tender documents. Bidders must submit signed contract documents and sealed bids before closing time. Reserve price approved for the contract period is Rs.65,300,000 excluding taxes. Successful bidder shall deposit advance installment within two days after approval otherwise security shall be forfeited. Highest bidder is also required to deposit 10% performance security in shape of bank guarantee or CDR and pay monthly installments along with all applicable taxes duties and levies. Conditional bids shall not be entertained and toll tax rates may be revised by competent authority during contract period.
