Construction Of Sports Complex Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction of state of the art sports complex at Nawakilli Quetta including football ground with seating steps and pavilion, water supply system, jogging and running track, cricket ground, admin block, transformer and generator room with electrical works, boundary wall, main gate, check point, sewerage system, toilet blocks, roads, concrete pavers, parking area, solar system, RCC retaining wall and flood lights under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Procurement shall be carried out under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms must be active taxpayers, registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have completed required similar assignments with specified turnover capacity and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, litigation and contract compliance. Bid security of 2% in shape of bank guarantee or deposit at call and green challan are mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted through supplier dashboard and opened on EPPS system.
