Construction Of Sports Ground Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment of sports ground facilities at Chak No 11/1-L Tehsil Renala Khurd District Okara under ADP scheme through single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors and firms registered with Income Tax Department GST PRA and Active Taxpayers List holding valid PEC registration in C-4 and above category with specialization codes CE01 CE09 CE10 CE11 CE11(iv) EE03 EE04 EE06 ME01 ME02 ME03 ME04 EE11(vv) EE11(vi) EE11(xvii) and BC01(ii) are invited to participate. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS according to prescribed schedule. Original CDR or pay order equal to 5% of estimated cost amounting to Rs.876,898 in favor of District Sports Officer Okara must be submitted before opening time otherwise bid will be declared non-responsive. Financial bids must contain item-wise quoted rates against each DNIT and BOQ entry and incomplete bids will be rejected. Technical bids will be opened on 01-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened on 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Procuring agency may blacklist firms submitting fake documents and recommend action to PPRA and PEC.
