Construction Of Sports Ground Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of construction works for establishment of sports ground at Chak No 11/1-L Tehsil Renala Khurd District Okara including civil development and associated infrastructure works. Electronic bids are invited from eligible contractors and firms registered with Income Tax Department GST PRA and active taxpayers list having valid PEC registration in C-4 and above category with required specializations. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS. Contractors are required to quote item rates against each BOQ entry and incomplete financial bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Original CDR or pay order amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost must be submitted before opening of e-bids. Fake documents or bid securities shall result in blacklisting and disqualification.
