Establishment Of Sports Complex Tender Notice
Description
Construction procurement for establishment of sports complex under ADP No 1806/190258 through single stage two envelope e-bidding system under KPPRA Rules 2014. Procurement invites eligible firms and bidders possessing PEC registration category C2 and above active KPRA registration and ATL status. Bids shall include 2% bid security additional security where applicable and non refundable tender fee at prevailing rates. Contractors shall quote rates electronically above below or at par based on MRS-2025 and NSI items. Joint ventures are not permitted. Successful bidder shall be responsible for structural stability safety compliance quality assurance and adherence to approved drawings.
