Consultancy Services For Elevated Hockey Ground With Synthet Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for detailed engineering design drawing documentation and supervision of development of elevated raised hockey ground with synthetic turf and allied works at NED University under SPPRA Rules 2010 amended up to date. NED University intends to appoint reputable consultants and consulting firms registered with PEC or PCATP FBR and Sindh Revenue Board through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using EPADS. Financial and technical proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Mandatory eligibility requirements include valid PEC or PCATP registration valid FBR and SRB registration and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting litigation free status and non involvement in fraudulent practices. Tender fee of Rs 5000 and earnest money equal to 2 percent of quoted amount in favor of Director Finance NEDUET are compulsory. Method of selection shall be Least Cost Selection.
