Buildings Renovation Upgradation Furniture Machinery Gujranwala Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and upgradation works for existing art council building at Gujranwala including provision of furniture plant and machinery under ADP 2993 for financial year 2025-2026. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories are eligible to participate through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Contractors shall upload scanned copy of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Executive Engineer Buildings Division No.1 Gujranwala and original CDR must be submitted before opening time otherwise bids shall be declared non-responsive. Contractors shall quote item wise rates against each DNIT and BOQ entry and incomplete financial bids shall not be considered. Bids will be opened in presence of Tender Opening Committee and successful bidders shall be announced accordingly. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rules and complaints shall be addressed through Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by Communication and Works Department. Pro Tip: Fill all BOQ and rate analysis pages completely and upload complete tender documents on EPADS to avoid bid rejection.
