Description
Procurement of furniture articles under annual framework contract for financial year 2025-26 through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms distributors dealers and suppliers must possess previous experience in relevant field along with valid Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registrations. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes. Bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in the form of bank call deposit or CDR in favor of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Gujrat is mandatory while successful bidder shall provide 10 percent performance guarantee. Suppliers must provide minimum one year warranty including free replacement service and maintenance. Delivery of items shall be completed within 45 days after issuance of supply order.
