Prequalification of firms for local purchase of medicines procurement of formulary medicines radiology contrast civil and MEP works laboratory consumables and procurement of medical grade refrigerators for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi through E-Bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 - Procurement includes multiple categories through prequalification and Single Stage Two Envelope procedures - E-Bids invited from bidders registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and appearing on Active Taxpayer List - Bid security equal to 2% of estimated amount mandatory in favor of PKLI and original bid security must be submitted physically before submission deadline - Hard copies of bids not required and all bids must be submitted through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System - Pro Tip: Review each procurement reference separately and submit required bid security physically before deadline
